Mood swings

Nowadays, I get pretty crappy alot of times. I get hot and angry and I just couldnt contain it. I could be more forgiving last time, but I guess now I just couldnt do it since I dont have the emotional capacity to contain my anger. Arrghh!! Please lah sakinah. I love my hubby. But I should be more understanding I guess. Now I'm angry at myself.. Arrrgh!
